These Terms of Service govern your use of the GlamourGallery website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. This does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at time of order placement is the price you pay.

We don’t run fictional discounts or invented “was” prices. Any compare-at price shown is a genuine prior selling price.

Delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. Most pieces arrive within 2–4 weeks. UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £50; below that, a flat £4.99 rate applies. US shipping is a flat £9.99 at checkout.

Multi-piece orders may ship and arrive separately as pieces come from different supplier warehouses. You’ll receive a tracking email for each piece.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control.

Consumer rights

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms. See our refund policy for full returns terms, including the 14-day statutory cooling-off period for UK customers.

Product descriptions

We list materials and dimensions as our supplier specifies them. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Dimensions are approximate.

Most of our pieces are produced by overseas manufacturing partners. We don’t pretend otherwise.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including images, text and branding — is owned by GlamourGallery and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, GlamourGallery shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
