United Kingdom
14-day statutory cooling-off (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it — even if you’ve simply changed your mind. You may open the packaging and inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If the item’s value has been reduced by handling beyond reasonable inspection, we may make a proportionate deduction from your refund.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email info@glamourgallery.co.uk with photos within 30 days of delivery. We arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping
Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover the full cost.
United States
For orders shipping to the United States, all sales are final on change of mind. Items arriving damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing are refunded or replaced — email info@glamourgallery.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo.
Items not eligible for return
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Sealed bedding or hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed
- Items damaged by misuse after delivery
None of the above affects your other statutory rights under UK consumer law.
How to start a return
Email info@glamourgallery.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason. We reply within a working day with the return address and instructions.
