Where are your pieces from?
GlamourGallery is an Edinburgh-based edit. We don’t make the pieces ourselves — we select them, with care, against a single brief: natural fibre, honest material, neutral palette, calm proportion. Most of our pieces are produced by overseas manufacturing partners and shipped from their inventory. We don’t pretend otherwise.
How long does delivery take?
Most pieces arrive within 2–4 weeks. Because we ship from our overseas partners rather than holding UK inventory, we choose pieces worth the wait rather than promising next-day. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, with updates as it moves.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £50. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. For US orders, shipping is a flat £9.99 at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — we currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. We’re working on opening up more markets carefully, one at a time. If you’d like to be notified when we ship to your country, email us.
Can I return something?
It depends where you’re shipping to. Full details on our Returns & refunds page, but in short:
- UK: 14-day statutory cooling-off return for any reason.
- US: Final sale on change of mind. Items arriving damaged or defective are refunded in full within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged on arrival, anywhere? We cover it — email us with a photo.
Why don’t you run sales?
Our prices reflect what the piece costs us plus a working margin. We don’t run fictional discounts, fabricated “was” prices, or bait offers. The price you see is the price the piece is worth to us.
Are your reviews real?
Yes. Reviews on our product pages come only from customers who placed a verified order. We invite reviews by email a few days after delivery; nothing is paid, prompted with a draft, or selectively shown. The empty state under a brand-new piece really does mean nobody has reviewed it yet.
What about packaging?
Pieces ship in the protective packaging our supplier partners use. We’re working with them on reducing single-use materials over time, and we’re honest that we’re not yet where we’d like to be on this. If a piece arrives over-packaged, we’d rather know.
How do I get in touch?
