Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. Other markets are added carefully, one at a time. Email us if you’d like to know when we open up to your country.

Delivery time

Most pieces arrive within 2–4 weeks. We ship from our overseas supplier partners rather than holding UK inventory — longer transit time in exchange for honest pricing and a smaller, considered edit.

Multi-piece orders may arrive on different days because pieces ship from different supplier warehouses. You’ll receive a tracking email for each piece as it leaves, plus a link to view the status of all pieces in one place.

Delivery cost

UK: complimentary on orders over £50. Below £50, a flat £4.99 rate is shown at checkout.
US: flat £9.99 shipping at checkout.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as each piece ships. The link in our shipping email lets you revisit the status of every piece in your order any time.

Delays

During busy periods (Christmas, Bank Holidays) delivery may take slightly longer. We communicate any significant delays by email.

Missing orders

If a piece hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks, email info@glamourgallery.co.uk and we’ll open a trace with our supplier and refund proactively if needed.

Damaged in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 30 days of delivery. We arrange a replacement or refund.
